Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer established in 2015, not a trading company. Our 15,000m² factory is located in Xianju, Zhejiang, specializing in Christmas decorations including tree collars, bells, and sleighs.
Where is your factory located?
Our production facility is located at No. 463, Huancheng North Road, Anzhou Street, Xianju County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. We welcome clients to visit our factory for inspection.
What markets do you export to?
Our products are primarily exported to Europe, North America, and South America. We are experienced in meeting the quality and compliance standards of these regions, including CE and FSC requirements.

Do you support OEM and custom design?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM services. We can manufacture products based on your technical drawings, samples, or design concepts.
Can I customize size, color and packaging?
Absolutely. We support full customization of dimensions, colors (Pantone matching available), patterns, and packaging solutions to fit your brand requirements.
What materials do you use?
We utilize a variety of materials based on product type, including galvanized metal, sustainable wood (FSC certified options), fabrics (felt, velvet, hessian), and durable plastics for specific components.
Can I add my logo?
Yes, we offer various logo application methods including laser engraving, screen printing, and metal stamping, depending on the material and product type.
Order & MOQ
What is your MOQ?
We offer flexible MOQs to support both large bulk orders and smaller trial orders for new partners. Please contact our sales team with your specific product interest for exact quantity requirements.
Can I place a small trial order?
Yes, we understand the need to test the market or quality. We accept small trial orders for first-time cooperation to build trust and verify our product quality.
What is your production lead time?
Standard lead time is typically 30-45 days after deposit and sample confirmation. This may vary depending on order quantity and production season.
What is your peak season?
As a Christmas manufacturer, our peak production season is from June to October. We recommend placing orders early (March-May) to ensure timely delivery for the holiday retail season.
Quality Control
How do you control product quality?
We implement a strict 3-stage QC process: Raw material inspection, In-process inspection during manufacturing, and Final inspection before packaging. Our team ensures every item meets our high standards.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we always provide a pre-production sample for your approval before starting mass production to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Do you inspect products before shipment?
Yes, our internal QC team inspects finished goods. We also welcome third-party inspection agencies appointed by customers to inspect the goods before shipment.
Shipping & Payment
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L). We can discuss other terms for long-term partners.
Which shipping methods do you support?
We support FOB, CIF, and EXW terms. We can arrange sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight depending on your urgency and budget.
Do you export to Europe and North America?
Yes, these are our main markets. We are familiar with the logistics and documentation required for smooth customs clearance in these regions.
